Texoma Harley-Davidson SMS Program Terms and Conditions

Program and sender

NOCR Texoma, LLC operates the Texoma Harley-Davidson SMS program. Depending on the messages you consent to receive, texts may include dealership offers and specials, events and community rides, responses to your inquiries, and service appointment reminders or updates.

Your choices and consent

SMS participation is optional. Marketing text signup is separate from consent to informational messages about your inquiries or appointments. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring texts, which may be automated, at the mobile number you provide for the messages described in that signup. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Email and text subscriptions are managed separately.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider may charge for incoming and outgoing messages; check your plan.

Stopping and rejoining

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message, after which text messages will stop unless you opt in again. To rejoin text updates, text START to 903-666-5288. Rejoining text updates does not resubscribe you to email updates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
